From its exclusive civilian owner in Illinois comes this pristine Springfield Armory XD45. From its US580000 range serial number it was manufactured in 2014. Type is striker fired sub compact semi-automatic locked breech pistol. Manufacturer is HS Produkt of Karlova, Croatia. Importer and warrantor is Springfield Armory of Geneseo, Illinois. Construction is forged steel slide, barrel, and internal parts, with steel reinforced polymer frame and steel bodied magazines. Metal finish is corrosion resistant melonite. Caliber is .45 ACP. Barrel is 4 inch six groove right hand 1:16 conventional rifling, so this pistol will be garbage mouthed and feed anything from cast bullets to match ammunition. Magazine is factory stainless 13 shot, so 13+1 fully loaded capacity. Slide is square contour with rear serrations. Guide rod is full length three piece steel. Sights are dovetailed steel encased , and matching low profile combat type two that is drift adjustable only for windage. Sight radius is 6 inches. Slide thickness is 1.09 inch at the port. Trigger is .350 serrated face with center safety lever, pulls at a steady 5 1/2 pounds with 1/2 inch of travel. The XDS also has a firing pin safety and grip safety. It incorporates a two slot Picatinny rail on its frame front. Weight empty is 29 3/4 ounces, with center of gravity at the breech face. Height is 5 3/4 inches, with 7 3/8 inch overall length. Surface detractions are negligible, all we see is operation streaking on the barrel’s chamber hood. We rate this XD as Excellent, 90 to 95 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright and clean. We estimate this pistol was fired fewer than 250 times. Replacement pricing on the factory’s site is $549. We’re offering the XD45 in the photos, however, for only $ 389.00. Not transferable to civilian residents of California or Massachusetts. Any ammunition or personnel in photos are Not included.
